Printing Tips

To save paper, you can print the module and workbook pages 2 per page. The font should still be large enough to read.

When printing the recipes from the recipe book, you may want to selectively print the pages with the instructions and skip the pages of pictures.

If you have an iPad or other handheld device, you can view these materials using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app.

Comments on the Meal Plan

This meal plan is gluten-free so that it does not need modification for those that have celiac disease or are gluten intolerant. However, gluten-containing whole grains like whole wheat are definitely allowed on a whole food, plant-based diet. Feel free to use whole wheat wraps or bread in place of collards and chard. Look for organic brands that don’t have a lot of added sugar or artificial ingredients. (That said, if you are trying to lose weight, you might want to eat the collards instead of bread 🙂

You are not limited to this menu! The 30-day suggested meal plan is physician approved and will give you a good idea of what a healthy, whole food, plant-based diet looks like. I encourage you to give the meals a try. You will likely be pleasantly surprised! But you can also use it as a model for your own plant-based meal ideas.
