Q:  Is the menu allergen free?

A:  The recipes are free of meat, dairy, eggs, and soy. There is one recipe that includes cashews. If you can’t eat nuts, you can substitute sunflower seeds or leave it out.

Q:  What kitchen equipment will I need?

A:  You’ll need a juicing machine, a blender, a knife and cutting board. A couple of the soups and transition meals will require a stove or hot plate and pot.

Q:  Who is this program NOT for?

A:  This program is not for women that are pregnant or nursing, or individuals on insulin or medications that are affected by a mostly liquid diet. If you have a serious health condition requiring medication or a doctor’s care, please consult with your doctor before beginning the program.
