As a Certified Health Coach and Certified Juice Therapist, I help busy people lose those stubborn pounds and reclaim their energy with the power of juicing and a plant-based lifestyle.
But I wasn’t always healthy. I worked a high-stress sales job that required lots of time on the road – and lots of bad-for-me-food.
My day was a roller coaster ride of caffeine, sugar and fat.
I was stressed out and so tired at the end of the day that I couldn’t give my family the time and attention they deserved.
My hair was falling out.
Something had to change.
I finally gave some attention to my health. (Meaning I finally started paying closer attention to what I was eating.)
I began studying nutrition, and soon discovered something that blew my mind.
80% of chronic disease is entirely preventable with diet and lifestyle changes.
Heart disease is preventable and reversable.
Most type 2 diabetes cases are reversable.
Many cancers are preventable.
It was the most maddening – and encouraging – news. Maddening because of the number of friends and family suffering needlessly. (Why hadn’t I heard about this?) And it was encouraging, because it shows just how much power we have over our own health.
The science supporting a whole food plant-based diet for optimal health is so well established that I could no longer ignore it.
I made the changes, step-by-step.
By adopting a nutrient-dense plant-based lifestyle, I was able to achieve my goal weight in my late 40s with ease. I have energy to handle what life throws at me. I don’t have pain. And I am looking forward to many more disease-free years to come.
I now work with clients one-on-one to help them harness the power of nutrient dense juices (the right way,) and plant-based meals to get rid of painful inflammation, lose unwanted weight forever, balance their blood work, and create all the energy they want for a full and satisfying life.

Some other stuff about me:
- I feel fortunate to live in Longmont, CO, within an hour of Rocky Mountain National Park. Many weekends are spent hiking mountain trails and four-wheeling in our Jeep.
- I’m real. I don’t always do the dishes, and I often enjoy a glass of red wine in the evening. Guilt free.
- My home is not “plant-perfect.” While I eat a whole food, plant-based diet, my husband is an omnivore and my teen son will eat whatever is in front of him (good or bad 🙂 We make it work.
- I am currently obsessed with Bullet Journaling!
