12 Weekly Private Coaching Calls – Join me on the phone or Skype for 30 minutes each week. We’ll discuss what is working and what needs tweaking. As your coach, I am here to create a supportive environment while we explore what really works for you.
Knowledgeable Recommendations – Each week I will make 2-3 personalized recommendations to help you make progress toward your health goals. I will not overwhelm you with many changes at once.
