I’m Stephanie Leach, a Certified Health Coach and Certified Juice Therapist.
But I wasn’t always healthy. I worked a high-stress sales job that required lots of “windshield time” (and lots of fast food drive-thru’s.)
My day was a caffeine and sugar roller coaster ride, with lots of saturated fat and cholesterol greasing the rails.
I had gained some weight and was dealing with some serious and embarrassing health issues, like bloating, chronic constipation, hair loss and skin problems.
I was stressed out and so tired at the end of the day that I couldn’t give my family the time and attention they deserved.
Something had to change.
I began studying nutrition and experimenting to find out what worked.
Eventually, I discovered a formula for easy weight loss that I could maintain, and a healthy body full of energy.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don’t have a juicer?
No problem. We’ll discuss juicer options on your free Health Consultation and I’ll make a recommendation. You can buy a new juicer for as little as $100 new, or a used one on Craigslist for as little as $20. A friend may even have one they will loan you. Getting a juicer is easy, don’t let that stop you. (Ask me about my program + juicer package.)
What if I don’t have a lot of time for cooking and juicing?
We all lead busy lives, so I get it. While preparing plant-based meals and making juice does require some time, it does not have to be a lot of work. I’ll provide you with fast and easy recipes, meal delivery options, tips for time-saving meal prep, and suggestions on how to fit juicing and meals made from whole plant foods into your lifestyle.
What if I have food allergies?
A plant-based diet and juicing can be customized to avoid foods that cause you trouble.
What if I have a serious health concern, like heart disease, type 2 diabetes or hypertension?
While I am a Certified Health Coach and Certified Juice Therapist with training and experience around plant based diets and health conditions, I am not a doctor or dietitian. It is always wise to let your physician know about any dietary changes you are considering. I am able to support you and your health care team to help you meet your health goals. If you are on any medications, it is critical that you let your doctor know. Plant-based nutrition leads to rapid healing, and you may need some medications adjusted or even eliminated rather quickly.
What if this isn’t a good time?
You could wait. But what would be the benefit of waiting? What will your health be like in 3 months? Six months? A year? Time has a way of flying by. If you wait for the “right time,” most likely it will never come. There will always be another vacation, event, wedding or holiday.
