As a Certified Health Coach and Certified Juice Therapist, I help busy people lose those stubborn pounds and reclaim their energy with the power of juicing and a plant-based lifestyle.

But I wasn’t always healthy. I worked a high-stress sales job that required lots of time on the road – and lots of bad-for-me-food.

My day was a roller coaster ride of caffeine, sugar and fat.

I was stressed out and so tired at the end of the day that I couldn’t give my family the time and attention they deserved.

Something had to change.

I finally gave some attention to my health.

I began studying nutrition and experimenting to find out what worked.

Eventually I discovered the formula to easy weight loss that I could maintain, and a healthy body full of energy.

Now I use my training and experience to help clients take control of their health.

I work with clients one-on-one to help them harness the power of nutrient dense juices (the right way,) and plant-based meals to gently detoxify, release unwanted pounds, balance their blood work, and create all the energy they need for a full and satisfying life.

Instead of counting calories or points (they’re so over it!) my clients learn to prepare satisfying meals that help them lose weight naturally and enjoy empowered and productive workdays, with energy left for their family and friends in the evening.

No more dreaded afternoon slumps. No more worrying about their health.

As their Health Coach, I help them craft the healthy, energized life they’ve always wanted.

Some other stuff you might like to know about me:

  • I feel fortunate to live in Longmont, CO, within an hour of Rocky Mountain National Park. Many weekends are spent hiking mountain trails and four-wheeling in our Jeep.
  • I’m real. I drink a cup of coffee most days, and often enjoy a glass of red wine in the evening. Guilt free.
  • My home is not “plant-perfect.” While I eat a whole food, plant-based diet, my husband is an omnivore and my teen son is currently a lacto-ovo vegetarian. We make it work.
  • I am currently obsessed with Bullet Journaling!
  • I think Earthboxes® are awesome and I love growing my own herbs and veggies.
